Free COmic Book day

Saturday, May 3, 2014 ALL DAY! - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Free Comic Book DayOradell Public Library will join comic book fans around the world in supporting and celebrating the legitimacy of comic books as reading materials. Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m on Saturday, May 3, 2014, library patrons are invited to visit the second floor youth services desk at Oradell Public Library, located at 375 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell. While supplies last, they will be able to choose one free comic book from a selection of titles.

WInter storytime continues in winter - spring 2014!

Baby & Me
Mondays @ 10:30 am
Ages: 0-24 months
Join us for stories, singing, movement, and free play with age-appropriate toys.
There will be no Baby & Me on March 24th
Toddler Time
Mondays @ 11:30 am
Ages: 2— 3 1/2 yrs old
Stories and activities that celebrate toddlers as they explore the world around them.
There will be no Toddler Time on March 24th.
Preschool Adventures
Wednesdays @ 10:30 am
Thursdays @ 2:00 pm
Ages: 3 1/2 — 5 yrs old
Each week we will go on a new adventure...limited only by our imagination!

General Announcements

Do you have any spare LEGO pieces you are ready to pass along?  We’d love to take them off your hands!  Please bring any spare pieces to the Oradell Public Library Junior Room. They will go towards a LEGO Club we hope to start this fall.

The Oradell Public Library and the Oradell Lions Club Newborn Program

Lion's ClubThe Lions Club of Oradell has generously offered to donate a new book in honor of the birth of your child. Just come into the Library and fill out a registration card. Your baby’s name will go on a bookplate in the front of one of our brand new picture books. You get the first check-out to share the story with your family.

This program is offered to Oradell residents only, within the first
year of your child's birth. If you have any questions, please contact the Youth Services Department at 201-262-2613.
