Join us for a special fundraising event at Oradell Public Library (375 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell) to celebrate School of Fish, the debut cookbook by Oradell resident Ben Pollinger. Mr. Pollinger is the executive chef at Oceana, where he has maintained the midtown NYC restaurant’s Michelin star rating since 2006. All proceeds from this event will fund new technological and educational resources for the library’s Junior Room.
What: Demonstration and Q&A with Ben Pollinger, followed by a reception with silent auction and tastings of select dishes from School of Fish. Light refreshments, beer, and wine will be served.
Tickets: $60 per person (includes one signed copy of School of Fish/ List Price: $35), or $100 per couple (includes one signed copy). Payment by cash or personal check made out to “Oradell Free Public Library Foundation.” Tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis from the library’s main desk. Limited quantity available. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Oradell’s ‘School of Fish’ Can Help Fight Hunger in Bergen County
As part of our School of Fish fundraising event, Oradell Free Public Library Foundation is collecting donations of canned and other shelf-stable foods from October 8th to October 18th.
